Spicy specialty with bacon and salo

Ingredients
600-700 g a piece of salted salo
400-500 g smoked bacon
savory
cumin
pepper
paprika
2 heads of garlic
100 g vinegar

Method
Mix cumin and black pepper. Salo is cut into thin pieces - about 3 mm, about 15-20 cm long, bacon too thinly. Grind garlic and mixed with vinegar to become mushy - to become more sour can put more vinegar or vice versa - more garlic. With this mess smeared small piece salo. Sprinkle with cumin and pepper Arrange bacon slices, sprinkle with herbs and screwed on tight roll. So make all squares salo. Outside can be oval in savory, to sprinkle with paprika or chopped leeks. Finished rolls are placed in the chamber. I put one bag cumin and a little less than half a packet of black pepper.

Super Maggie. Made rolls and finished 6-7. Now we will do this again :)! Who does not like garlic can not put :) You just spices. It is delicious.
