Spinach soup with trienitsa

1 kg spinach
1 bunch spring onions
3 ripe tomatoes or canned
1 bunch dill
1/3 cup olive oil
1 cube chicken broth
pepper optional
salt if necessary
pinch of paprika
# For trienitsata:
1 cup flour
1 egg

Spinach is washed and cut into in large pieces. In a saucepan put the olive oil, the washed and chopped onion, grated tomatoes, chicken broth and cover with a lid to smother for 2-3 minutes, add the red pepper and spinach, stirring until tender spinach. Add hot water about 1 l., Chopped dill and pepper, leave to cook for 15 minutes. During this time, prepare trienitsata on flour put egg, beaten and triem finger until a small crumbs, sift the flour leaving only crumbs. Add to the soup and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

I really liked this soup! Interesting proposal to thicken this trienitsa! :) Once out The green will try!

Maybe with homemade frozen spinach with trienitsa is much better than tasty vermicelli or rice in it now and let cook picture.

Homemade frozen spinach-scald spinach, chopped green onion and dill, cool and put in bags in the freezing compartment, so I have always done, although there all year round fresh vegetables. Use for pies, soups and dishes with spinach.

I do not scald spinach. Wash it well, cut it and spread of household paper roll to drain the water. Then put in bags in the freezer.

I do not scald spinach. We consume raw and salad. Many love it and this recipe will have to try, I never trienitsa rules.

And I do raw salad with lemon juice and olive oil. I will also try the recipe. And also I've never trienitsa.
