1 cup yogurt
4 eggs
1 cup sunflower oil (may margarine)
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
3 and 1/2 cup flour
1 vanilla
1 tsp baking soda or baking powder

I personally, when I have time, put everything in the food processor and let it do its thing or all product mix to. Cover the cake pan (26 cm diameter) with baking paper or greased form with sunflower oil. Heat the oven over medium heat, best fan and bake until ready. Finally, sprinkle with powdered sugar. * Optional, can put different fruits or crushed chocolate mixture.

I did it and I put the top plum jam with spoon off (if I explained well). Was very tasty!

I am very glad that you liked it :) To me I always receive, and the products are in almost every refrigerator :) me eat sweet, let the food processor and voila: P

mincheva, there is no *normal* forms of cake are all different :) The problem comes if mine is bigger than yours, for example, and pour the dough, it appears that only covers the bottom and get a flat cake. Otherwise must spill in separate containers and cake I too gletav inside. Unpleasant it happened, and can be easily avoided only put the size of the pan - if you do not know, take a measuring cup (or standard glass of 200 ml, for example, or even a bottle whose volume you) and filled with water and pour in your cutter - so very quick and easy to measure how the volume :)
