Stew liver

Ingredients
1 liver
salo
1 tbsp butter
10-15 baby carrots cooked
10-15 heads onion
1 cup white wine
2 cup hot water
bay leaf
salt
parsley
black pepper
Method
Peeled skin of the liver and shpikova in several places with slices of salo, after which the whole liver wrapped with a thin slice of salo and tied with string. Stews under the hood with the butter 10-15 minutes, add morkovchetata and onion, pour wine, stews another 5 minutes and add the broth, bay leaf, pepper grains and salt. Boil until soft. Serve sprinkled with parsley and fresh salad.
