Stewed baby potatoes with vegetables

400 g baby potatoes
pepper 1
1 small zucchini
1 small tomato
1 onion
1 carrot
3-4 tbsp mushroom soup powder
1 sprig fresh garlic
salt, dill

Fresh potatoes are washed and cut into circles with thickness 1.5 cm. All other vegetables are cut in large pieces. In a saucepan heat 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil and 1/3 cup water, add salt. Successively added onions, carrots, peppers, zucchini and potatoes. Stew on low heat until ready, and make up water. Then the tomato. After 10 minutes, add the minced meat garlic. Mushroom soup diluted with a little water and poured into the dish. The finished dish sprinkle with dill.

Hubva idea, but I'm suffocating in another sequence. But the result is the same, well done :) And Ive snimkita is very delicious!

I was not trying potatoes with dill, I'll try, I hope it tastes good.

Today I made it in the winter version - with old potatoes, peppers me of pickles and zucchini nyamaaa. Mushroom broth and put a little more water, and became as cooked meal. I loved it - garlic and fennel give great flavor. Great recipe Ivka - both fast, yet delicious and gently. Thank you.
