Ingredients
12 apricots
250 g feta cheese Mascarpone
40 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla
50 g almonds for sprinkling
Method
Mascarpone is deducted in advance from the refrigerator to be softer and easier to work. Apricots are washed, cut to half and remove pits. In a bowl mix the mascarpone, sugar and vanilla. Stir until creamy consistency. The mixture was aged for about 15 minutes in a refrigerator. Almonds bruised or grinding. Then spoon the mixture is taken and put in the fruit. On top sprinkle with chopped almonds. Can be placed in paper shapes. Serve cold.
