Stuffed squid

Ingredients
8 squid
2 onions
1/2 red pepper
100 g minced meat
10 olives pitted
1 tbsp cornmeal
1 bunch parsley
salt, olive oil, pepper and spices optional
# For sauce:
200 g of tomato paste
1 onion
1/2 red, green and yellow peppers
1 cup white wine
sunflower oil

Method
Squid are washed, cleaned, cut off their heads and turn back. Fry the onion, pepper, chopped tentacles of squid. Then add the minced meat, olives, parsley and the cornmeal. Well confused. Fill the squid with the mixture about 1/3 of their volume. Then made sauce from above mentioned products. When the sauce boils, add the stuffed squid. Dish boil for 30 minutes on low heat. Optional squid can be removed and if the sauce is rare to be thickened.
