Wash tomatoes, carve out some salt and leave to drain. Saute the mushrooms in hot butter, then add the chopped onion and ham and chopped parsley. Add salt, add pepper and basil. Mix well. Tomatoes are filled with this mixture and served adorned with decoration of your choice.
