Stuffed tomatoes with tuna

Ingredients
4 tomatoes
2 eggs
200 g canned tuna in sunflower oil
20-30 g capers
30 g mayonnaise
4 olives
parsley
pepper
Method
Tomatoes cut across halves with a spoon out the flesh of the tomato halves and turn to cut down to drain. Hard-boiled eggs and fish are cut into small pieces and mix with chopped capers, parsley, pepper, mayonnaise, tomatoes are filled with the mixture and decorate with olives halves.
