Stuffed tomatoes with yogurt sauce

Ingredients
8 tomatoes
400 g drained yogurt
2-3 peppers
2-3 green onions
30 g walnuts
1 cucumber
salt
4 tbsp sunflower oil
spinach
Method
Tomatoes are dug, while maintaining their covers. Peppers and onions cut into small pieces and mix with yogurt. Add the cleaned and chopped spinach and chopped walnuts. All flavor and mix. Tomatoes are filled with the mixture and cover with lids. Place in the center of a suitable plate and around them in the form of a wreath ranks cucumber cut into rings. All sprinkled with sunflower oil and optional walnuts.
