Summer dish with zucchini

Ingredients
1 zucchini
1 cup tomato juice
100-150 g white feta cheese
2-3 cloves garlic
salt, a pinch of dill, parsley
2 eggs
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Zucchini cut and fry until slightly red in hot sunflower oil. Add the chopped dill and garlic, crumbled feta cheese and fried with zucchini for about a minute. Add tomato juice and left stirring often simmered together. When it starts to stick, add 1/3 cup water and so another 5-10 minutes until cooked courgettes. Finally add the beaten eggs. Stir to braised eggs. Before serving, can be sprinkled with parsley. You can put double the amount of tomato juice, but then do not add water.

Easy and fast motion with zucchini. Sprig of fresh dill will significantly improve the appearance of the soup to me.

Now we will make it for lunch. Thanks for the easy gozbichka.

Very tasty cooked meal get what I used as a mash-up with zucchini :)
