Summer stew of peppers

5-6 peppers
2 onions
1 carrot
1 large tomato
feta cheese
2 tsp red pepper
pinch savory
fresh parsley and celery
2 tbsp flour

Onions, cut into crescents and carrot - in small pieces, sauté until soft with 2-3 tbsp oil, paprika and a little water. Add the grated tomato, spices and salt it. After about 15-20 minutes to make up approximately 1 l of water, allowed to boil and then added with some water fuzzy flour. Put and peeled roasted peppers and the dish is removed from the fire. When serving on each portion is crushed feta cheese.

I have not eaten anything like it and very intrigued me / especially if it's *grandmother* /! Maggie, I'm sorry for that, but not a lot of 1 liter of water? Must be more sauce you?

Vesi, I put a lot of onion and why not put garlic, do not confuse tastes. A peppers have such a nice aroma ...
