Sweet banitsa with walnuts

Ingredients
5 cups (1 kg) flour
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) fat
1 egg
pinch of salt
2 cup (400 g) walnuts
2 cup (400 g) sugar
2 cup (400 ml) of water

Method
Of flour, water, egg, 1 tablespoon oil and 1 pinch salt knead dough banitsa, which is divided into 10 balls and roll it into sheets. Roll each sheet is wound onto the rolling pin and collected with both hands to the middle of it, then remove carefully unfolds is, taking care to keep the pleats formed and allowed to pozasahne. Sprinkle with oil and a chopped walnuts and gently rolled parallel to the pleats. Cut into small pieces, which rank in the pan, greased with fat. The banitsa bake until browned. Remove from the oven and allow to cool, then pour the cooled syrup made from sugar and water and flavored with indrisheto.
