Method
In a saucepan put the milk, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, lemon peel and wash the rice. Put it on to boil, stirring. Low heat is allowed to take about 25-30 minutes. Remove the cinnamon and leave to cool. Add chopped pine nuts and pistachios and raisins. The butter mix with sugar foam, add the yolks, continuing to fight. The mixture was added to the cooled down rice. Egg whites are broken down into the snow and also be confused with rice. Namaslyava shape cake or soufflé trays or small pots, the mixture is poured into it and equalize. Bake at 180 C, while stirring the mixture is not agitated, at least 30 minutes. Turns into a tray for serving, which is difficult - this is the advantage of trays can be put directly on the table. Consumed both hot and cold, such as fruit.

I love rice pudding in Turkish. Whenever I eat it there, but I felt there nuts and raisins inside. This original recipe is it?

Well Desi, so it is with figs and dates, and almonds, and walnuts. Syutlyash there are species as there are households. Syutlyash is always cooked and baked. Easiest is just rice, milk and sugar. But it is not the finest. Spices make subtle than an ordinary dessert becomes something extraordinary. The recipe is from a Turkish-grandmother, daughter and we were colleagues, grandmother wore often treats the work to Eat all: -))

At home we adore rice and milk, I'll do it after the holidays! Super look!

Vesi, be sure: you will not regret! This is one of my most treasured recipes absolute guarantee of liking and made by me at least 50-60 times.

wow look very tasty'll try it at any price

Syutlyashat became amazing, thank you for the wonderful recipe Aliana! I only have one little Note-milk was insufficient and syutlyasha became too thick. Next time I put 1. 2L milk. I prefer more milk, but it has to taste :)

I am very glad that you liked my favorite recipe :)
