Tabule chicken

Ingredients
100 g bulgur
125 ml hot water
1/2 tsp salt
3 tbsp olive oil
150 g cooked (roasted) chicken
1 bunch parsley
1/2 connection mint
1/4 bunch green onions
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber
juice of 1 lemon
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
Method
The bulgur pour 125 ml hot water and add salt and olive oil. Stir and cover with plastic foil. Leave aside for 1 hour. At this time the chicken is cut into cubes. Tomatoes are cleaned of seeds and cut into cubes also. Parsley, mint and green onions finely. Cucumbers are cut lengthwise into 2 or 4 parts, and then are cut. The bulgur mix with products prepared with lemon juice. The salad is cooled for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Before serving seasoned to taste with salt, ground black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
