Thai prawn

Ingredients
400 g cleaned and cooked shrimp
1/2 bunch fresh onions
2 sprigs fresh garlic
2 cloves garlic
2-3 tbsp white wine
2 carrots
1 bunch parsley
1 tomato
150 ml coconut milk
vermicelli
1/2 tsp saffron
1/4 nutmeg
2 tbsp vegeta
the juice of 1/2 lemon

Method
Onions and garlic are two types of cut and fry in fat. Add tomatoes, pre-soaked in hot water, peeled and grated, and wine. After 10 min, and half shrimp - pre-ground in a blender or passion. After 5 minutes, add water, sautéing and cut into thin slices carrots and spices. After 10 minutes add vermicelli. Once cooked add the other half of the shrimp and chopped parsley. Make a soup thickener from coconut milk and lemon juice. Add the boiling soup and after about 2-3 minutes, remove from fire.
