Trahana with sauerkraut - II type

Ingredients
1 cup (200 g) trahana or coarse cornmeal
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 kg sauerkraut
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
salt
Method
Cabbage, chopped, stew in a little water and fat. Trahana wash bay with cold water (1: 5) and boil on low heat until soft. Add cabbage. The mixture was stirred and dovaryava. Chopped onion fry lightly in fat, stained with red pepper and add to the mixture. Dish add salt and leave to simmer for a few minutes.
