Truffles with white chocolate and coconut

Ingredients
100 g unsalted almonds
2 cup coconut
1/3 cup cream with 35% fat
180 g white chocolate
2-3 tbsp liqueur flavored coconut
Method
If raw almonds are roasted for a while in a preheated 180 C oven. Grilled almonds bruised or bold machine with finely. Coconut baked in a pan for 3-4 minutes until golden in the oven and leave to cool. In a vessel in a water bath was placed cream to heat and then add broken chocolate. Mix well with a metal spoon until the mixture becomes smooth and the chocolate is completely melted. Remove from the water bath and add liqueur, almonds and 1/2 cup of coconut. The mixture was placed in a refrigerator for 3 hours. Using a teaspoon scoop of chocolate mixture and hands are shaped balls that are rolled in coconut rest. If you need to put in the fridge to firm.
