3 eggs
150 g sugar
150 ml sunflower oil
150 ml milk
150 g flour
150 g wheat semolina
150 g walnuts (ground)
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
# For Syrup:
4 cup Water
4 cup sugar
lemon juice

First beat eggs with sugar until white. Add the oil, milk and keep stirring. Then the flour with the baking soda, the walnuts and semolina. Separately, make the syrup, which boil about 15 minutes and leave to cool completely. You can reduce a little sugar if you like, because it is very sweet - it's taste.
