Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
3 cups flour
4 eggs
300 ml cream
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp cubed salo
salt
Method
Mix the flour, eggs, salt and a little water. You should get an elastic dough. Allow to rest for 10-15 minutes. Rolled sheet with a thickness of 3 mm. Diamonds are cut and placed in boiling salted water for a few minutes. Pour into a colander and pour cold water. Then placed in a pan with hot fat and fry lightly. Upon presentation sprinkled with crushed cottage cheese, pour with cream and top put of fried salo.
