Tutmanik with leek and cheese

Ingredients
1 kg of flour for cakes (and usually can)
3 + 1 egg yolk spreads
4 tbsp yogurt + 2 tbsp spreads
1 level tbsp salt
1 level tbsp sugar
1/2 cube of yeast (about 2 kg of flour)
400 ml water
2 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the filling:
4-5 leeks onion
125 g butter
300 g feta cheese
2 eggs
1 tsp black pepper
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
From dough products. Leave the dough to rise about 1 hour. Then re-shuffle. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts. We prepare the filling. Slice the leek of not very finely, stew until it softens slightly in the oil. Remove from heat and add pepper, one egg and 100 g of crumbled feta cheese. Stir well and remain filling to cool. Remaining feta cheese mash with a fork and add another egg. Stir well. Melting the butter. In appropriate tray Pour 2-3 tbsp of it and suck up the tray. One of the balls rolling out the thin crust (as banitsa) sprinkle melted butter, then of onion stuffing spread evenly. Roll up roll of sheet and then a snail. Rolled crust put in the middle of the tray. Roll balls of other small oval peel, not thin and large, and to wound wick of them. On each of the sheet sprinkle butter, onion stuffing and the feta cheese. Then roll up the wick, twisting and tie the knot. So the finished buns arrange around the middle crust. Remain to rise for about 30 minutes. Top smeared with broken yolk yogurt. Sprinkle with remaining butter. Bake in preheated oven at 250 ° C until ready. If necessary, the roof does not burn. I am also a big fan of leeks. Winter time cook almost exclusively with leeks.

Excellent recipe. The dough was very soft, plakata very tasty, but it took a little earlier. Next time I will know.
