Tutmanik in Pirdopski

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
1 tsp (10 g) yeast
2 tsp (10 g) salt
125 g butter
cheese 250 g
Method
Of flour, yeast, salt and water knead the dough, which after the rise, is divided into 18 balls. Each ball is dipped in melted butter and download sheet that is placed in the pan, greased with fat, with butter and sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese. In the middle of the stacked sheet is a hole in which is poured the remaining oil. The tutmanik bake in a moderate oven until browned.
