Vegan Stew

Ingredients
1 cup rice
4 onions
1/3 cup sunflower oil
6 dried red peppers
10 olives pitted
1 tbsp dried mint
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Chop the onion finely and stew in the oil with the salt and a little water. Pour the washed rice and fry until transparent. Add coarsely chopped peppers, chopped olives and mint. Pour 4 cups water. Mix and Cover dish with a lid. To be put on a damp cloth. The dish simmer for about 1 hour without opening and confused. From time to time, the pan was shaken.
