Vegetable soup with croutons and cream

Ingredients
5-6 potatoes
1 onion
1 stalk leek
2-3 carrots
1 zucchini
5-6 florets of cauliflower
300 ml freshly Mlaka
juice half a lemon
1 tsp pepper
salt
50 g butter
# For the croutons:
5-6 slices of bread
1 tsp salt colorful
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
cream for garnish

Method
Washed, cleaned and chopped vegetables Cook in a saucepan covered with water. Once cooked vegetables Strain and if necessary add a little more water. Then add the milk, the butter, pepper and salt to taste. Soup remains on low heat to boil. Add the butter. Boil for a few minutes and add the lemon juice. Throughout after the soup is blending careful not to burn, stirring occasionally. Bread cut into small cubes, put in the pan, sprinkle with salt and dappled the oil. Stir and cook in the oven until golden. Just before serving, garnish with croutons and 1-2 tbsp cream.
