Vegetarian moussaka with soy

1.5 kg potatoes
200 g of soy granules (soya mince)
2 onions or 1 large
2 carrots
2 eggs
400 g yogurt
mint, savory, black pepper, salt
pikantina (vegetable seasoning for dishes and soups)

Soy granules are soaked in a hot salt water in a ratio of 1: 4 for 15 minutes. Potatoes and carrots cut into cubes, add them chopped onion. Add and yet tender, soy granules. Add pikantina, pepper, savory and salt optional. All this is well stirred and put in a pre-greased with sunflower oil pan and place in preheated oven. Bake for 40 minutes at 200-220C degrees (depending on the oven). Then, topping and bake for about 20 minutes preparation is well mixed yoghurt, 2 eggs and mint. * If you do not want to cry from the onion, do the following: start with it, wash and peel, cut in two and put it in a bowl with cold water. Leave the bowl in the refrigerator while preparing other products, then you will not have any problem.
