Zaraliyski dolmaschki of lipichki

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
150 g rice
1 onion
1 tsp cumin
1 bunch dill
1 bunch parsley
pepper
50 leaves of linden
1 kg yoghurt
2-3 cloves garlic

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with well-washed rice, finely chopped onions, dill and parsley, cumin, salt and pepper to taste. The mixture is harvested in the refrigerator for about an hour to rest. In hot water put lime leaves (there are two types of trees - a large and tiny leaves, possibly used by larger). Is wound tight dolmaschki by placing 1 tsp of the mixture on the bottom (in the rough) of the leaves. Arranged in a saucepan, cover with a plate and pour hot water to cover. Cook on low heat about 40 minutes. Serve with drained yogurt, seasoned with salt, a little finely chopped dill and parsley and 2-3 cloves of crushed garlic.

recipe is super, whether made with minced meat or lean! I also do them with other zelenishi.

I replay the minced meat with box Rousse Cooked rice and more, are very tasty. I'm not occurred to you that with lime leaves stuffed vine leaves. Will try.
