3 tomatoes
3 cloves garlic

Method
Tomato sauce is prepared on the stove strong and consists of 3 tomatoes, 3 cloves garlic, 3 basil leaves, plenty of pepper, a little Himalayan salt, 1 cup water, boil until only a thick sauce and the water evaporates. I make homemade bread crumbs 2 slices multigrain bread - heat up the oven to 120C and in the pan without any oil put crushed lumps slices, then dry for about 15 minutes , take out the splinter again and bake until thoroughly dried bread cubes, then immediately put them in a food processor and made them dust. courgettes cut them into strips, dipped in 1 egg, then in homemade breadcrumbs. Bake for about 20 minutes of preheating of 180C (the first 10 minutes of baking so), then increased to 250c to become crispy.
