Semolina mousse with peaches

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
1/3 cup semolina
2 cup sugar
pinch of salt
500 g peaches
walnuts for sprinkling
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 vanilla

Method
In a saucepan put the milk with sugar and salt to boil. Little by little, pour the semolina in milk and boil to thicken. Once ready cream and vanilla were added and stirred. In cups put cleaned, peeled and cut into pieces of peaches and sprinkle with powdered sugar. On them pour cold semolina foam and garnish with walnuts.
