Baked with smoked chicken a la Mexican

Ingredients
2 smoked chicken thighs (about 350 g)
10 roasted and peeled red peppers
300 g of canned sweet corn
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp salt
3 eggs
700 ml milk
3 tbsp flour
100 g cheese

Method
Legs boned meat is cut into in small pieces, peppers cut into strips. Add drained corn, olive oil, pepper, salt and mix everything in a nice tray. Bake in an oven at 220 C for ten minutes. Mix the milk with flour and eggs and pour the dish. Grate the cheese grater in large pieces and sprinkle on top. Dopicha is baked until browned cheese.
