Breaded roasted peppers

Ingredients
7-8 peppers
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
salt
fat frying

Method
Make a batter of eggs, flour, salt and spices of your choice. You can add a little water, but then you need to increase the amount of flour - to get a thick mixture. Before you dive in breading pepper to add some flour or breadcrumbs in order not to be peeled off the wet batter. Put them one by one dipped in breading and fried until golden.

To breading add some yogurt and extinguished it in a little baking soda. So straight dunk them in breading - not torn off. Sometimes stuff each pepper in a piece of cheese. Becomes even more delicious!
