Winter chicken roulades

Ingredients
600-700 g chicken, breasts
1-2 cloves garlic or pickled garlic cloves
1 handful of diced stale bread
100 g pork cracklings
nutmeg, pepper
# For toppings :
500 g chopped sauerkraut
50 g pork cracklings
50 g larded salami
cumin seeds
pepper
Method
Cloves garlic sauté briefly. In a pan getting hot pork cracklings, add chopped into small cubes of stale bread, garlic cloves, spices to taste. If necessary, add oil, so that the bread to soften. Tenderloin is hammered lightly spiced and salted. Is cut into strips with a thickness of about 1.5 cm, width 3.4 cm and a length of 17-20 cm. Forms for muffins are coated with fat and on the walls of each screw chicken roll, and in the middle add the prepared stuffing. Bake on middle BBQ, 200-220 C. Prepare and toppings of chopped sauerkraut, pork cracklings, salami and spices.

It sounds and looks pretty tempting! No where to find greaves, otherwise I would gladly do it.

I think crackling could easily be replaced with bacon, which lightly fried :)
