Ingredients
          750 g peaches
          1/3 cup breadcrumbs
          1/2 cup chopped walnuts or raisins
          1/2 cup sugar
          1 tsp cinnamon
          3/4 cup sunflower oil
          caster sugar 1 vanilla - for sprinkling
          400 g ready peel

          Method
              Peaches wash, dry, cleared of stones and cut into slices. Add bread crumbs, walnuts (raisins), sugar and cinnamon. Sheet is distributed in two, between them sprinkles with sunflower oil. The basis along their put a strip of the peaches. Sheet wound rolls. Arrange in a buttered baking dish. Top sprinkled with sunflower oil. Shtrudelat bake in a moderate oven. Cool strudel cut into pieces and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Comments
If peaches are not so sweet, you should increase the amount of sugar - 2 tbsp a roll.
Peaches can be cut into small pieces and spread over crust.
