500 g spaghetti
300 g boneless chicken (breast, leg)
200 g feta cheese (white, smoked, other)
5 field mushrooms
200 g sour cream
5 -6 sklidki garlic
3-4 pickles or 3 s..l. canned corn
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Kimon powder
dill (dried or fresh)
Method
Boil the spaghetti in salted water, drain them and mix them with crushed white feta cheese or chopped another feta cheese. Them add cucumbers (they are cut into strips or cubes) and / or corn, as you have opportunity and miss, also remains tasty. For the sauce: finely chopped chicken, sliced mushrooms also chopped, pressed or mash the garlic and mix them in a saucepan with the oil, salt, 2-3 pinches of cumin powder and 5-6 pinches of dill (if is fresh - finely chopped). Adding to the pot with water, enough to cover the products and leave to simmer until the water evaporates, as occasionally stirring. Add sour cream, mix well and leave to boil for 5 more minutes, stirring often. Finally seasoning spaghetti sauce, according to tastes, you can serve the pasta on a plate and top with the sauce to pour or mix the two in the pan, to mix well and serve them well. I prefer the second way, because pasta absorb better the sauce and is delicious.
