Layered cake with sour cream and strawberries

6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
800 g sour cream
1 cup sugar
1 jar of strawberry compote
30 g gelatin
2 vanilla

Separate the whites from the yolks. Yolks are broken with sugar until blanching, add vanilla and flour and mix. Egg whites are broken down into the snow, and added gradually to the mixture and stirred gently by hand in one direction only, so as not to fall. The mixture was divided into 2 portions and baked 2 the base. When the syrup is cool with caramel syrup 6 tbsp sugar (caramelized is) and 1/3 cup water. For the cream: cream mix with sugar, add 1 jar of strawberry compote (juice only) and dissolved in a little water in a water bath gelatin. Mix and put in refrigerator to harden. In the form of a cake is placed one base, syrup and pour the cream on it as place and fruit compote, put it second base, syrup is form and put in refrigerator to set. Best obtained when consumed the next day. The decoration is optional.
