Chicken fillet to add some in pikantina and pepper. Allow to marinate 30 minutes Pate him take out from the pack and cut the pieces with a thickness of 7-8 mm. Wrap 1 piece in each fillet for a secure fit with a toothpick roll. Melted butter in the pan and saute the chicken. Arrange rolls in glass pot. Fry the mushrooms in the remaining oil, add the brandy and 1 tsp pikantina and leave to boil. Add pepper and pour over the chicken with the mixture. Close the container and bake for about 40 minutes. Cut the slices of bread in the form of oval and fry them in a mixture of the butter and the oil until golden. Arrange slices in oblong court, and all put a piece of roll. To the sauce add a few tablespoons of cream, boil slightly and pour the chicken with it. Serve with vegetables of your choice.

Hmm ... this thing reminds me of Diana's in Ahtopol - one of my favorite restaurants. Is there a recipe from?

:) Maybe there is nothing surprising, but I myself do not know if there is ..

It was very tasty. Pate changes its taste and does not feel like one. Mushrooms appear as a great addition in this case, bread (with butter flavor) gives a perfect finish to the whole recipe.

Bravo, ELTI, very beautiful picture definitely has received pretty good. Fabulous!

Thank you, Rossi - and for your kind words, and delicious recipe.
