Ingredients
1.2 kg or 3 large chicken legs
1 tbsp soy sauce - light
1 tbsp unisos
1 tbsp mustard
2 tbsp ketchup
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 clove garlic
seasoning for chicken black pepper and salt
4 potatoes for garnish

Method
