Moussaka in IVAYLOVGRAD

Ingredients
1-1.2 kg potatoes
1 kg pork
150 g cheese
150 ml white wine
3 tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 tsp salt
1 pinch of oregano
mix of spices for barbecue
parsley
basil
pepper
Method
Minced meat is kneaded with oregano white wine salt pepper and spice barbecue. Distributed on a greased tray with olive oil. Cook potatoes and smash with the press. Cut the tomatoes into slices, arrange on minced meat so that it covered. Top distributes potato puree. Sprinkle with basil and chopped parsley, grated cheese is. Moussaka bake in preheated oven at 180 C. Remove when cheese bake until crust.
