Pita with feta cheese nodes

Ingredients
7 g dry yeast
300 ml warm milk
1 egg + 1 egg white
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp yogurt
4 tbsp sunflower oil
700- 800 g flour
1 egg yolk + 1 tbsp butter for greasing the pita
a mixture of 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil, lard and margarine (butter)
slightly warm - for greasing the pan and the cake
300 g of crumbled cheese

Method
Involved dough in the traditional way. The yeast was dissolved in slightly warmed milk with 1 tbsp flour and 1 tsp sugar. Leave in a warm place for about 10 minutes it rise. Sift the flour. Make a well in which are placed one egg and egg whites, salt, sugar, yogurt and the oil, pour and effervescent yeast is mixed and soft but not sticky dough. Put it in an oiled bowl, cover with foil and towel and leave in a warm place to rise until doubled in volume. The risen dough is knead lightly lightly with flour and divide into 4 balls. Each roll of small rectangular crust smeared with oil and sprinkle with feta cheese, without the fourth. Arrange one another, as the top is the fourth not oiledta crust. The resulting layered rectangle cut longitudinally (the long side) of 4 bands. Each strip of four layers is stretched slightly twisted and binds the knot. Four nodes are arranged in a buttered baking dish with a diameter of 25-26 cm, while one is in the middle, and the other three about it. Shaped asks leave to rise in a warm place (about 1 hour), the pan is covered with foil and towel. rise pita smeared with yolk beaten with 1 tbsp sunflower oil. Bake in preheated oven at 50C, while putting increasing degrees of 150C - 180C (depends on the oven). Cooking time 45-50 minutes (until dry stick :). Baked pita smeared with butter or sunflower oil for shine and leave to cool
