Ingredients
2 cups beans
1 cup Rice
2 onions
3-4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp red pepper
pepper, lovage, parsley, mint, salt

Method
Boil the beans removed from the water. Of the oil, the chopped onion and paprika make roux. Add rice to it and a bit of bean water. When the rice swell and the water evaporated, poured it in the cooked beans. Add salt, stir and Pour into pan. Pour the remaining water from the beans, pepper and finely chopped parsley, lovage and mint. Bake in a moderate oven.

favorite cooked meal

I had a few dry peppers and filled them with part of the mixture. The dish is very tasty.
