Pork with leeks and celery

Ingredients
1 kg pork
3 leeks
1 large head of celery - green part
2 carrots
pepper, salt
sunflower oil
Method
Cut the meat into chunks. Vegetables coarsely chopped. Put everything in a clay casseroles and flavoring. Pour 1 cup sandwiching water and bake at 100-120C for 3 hours or until the vegetables become a puree. Serve in a nest of mashed potatoes or rice.

I suppose it is very delicious and easy dish to prepare., Think salt to taste is better to write each and to determine how much to put in.

I like this way of cooking - everything in one place and let the oven! And the products are to my taste.
