We prepare the base: Divide whites and yolks. Beat the egg whites to snow. Beat yolks, add them to the sugar, flour, baking powder and water. To yolk mixture add the beaten whites. Bake on 190S, checking ready with a stick (of took me 8-10 minutes). For both cream, whipped cream snow and then divide into 2 parts. Strawberries plus 100 g of sugar blend to puree and add to one part of the cream. Melted in a water bath 10 g gelatin in 50 ml water and add it to the strawberry-cream cream. Blend bananas with the other 100 g of sugar again puree and add them to the second part of the cream. Melting a water bath remaining gelatin soaked in 50 ml water. Once the gelatin is melted add it in banana-cream mixture. Assembling: into the cake ring with a diameter of 26 cm put the first baked base. Walls as touring with biscotti. Pour the strawberry mixture. Redim top biscotti dipped in sweetened milk. Pour banana mixture. Top can be decorated as desired. I put in the middle of a few strawberries, a little cream and grated chocolate. We put the cake in the refrigerator to harden, overnight.
