Muffins with zucchini and cheese

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 cup grated zucchini
2 tbsp baking powder
1/3 cup sunflower oil
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup grated cheese
2 tbsp finely chopped dill

Method
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Confuse well. To the dry mixture add the oil, milk, egg and grated zucchini. Confuse a homogeneous mixture. Add the feta cheese, cheese and dill, confused again. If the mixture is a little rare (depending on how many are watery zucchini) can add a little more flour. 12 greased muffin shapes and distribute them in the mixture. Bake in preheated 185 C oven for about 30-35 minutes or until pinned in the center of a muffin toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and let the muffins for about 5 minutes in the form. Pull on the grill and allow to cool a little. Can immediately serve warm or cold.
