Ingredients
350 g sugar
500 ml water
juice of 1/2 lemon, strained
# For the dough:
100 g butter
1 tsp salt
300 g flour
4 eggs
500 ml water
500 g ground nuts for decoration
500 ml sunflower oil for frying

Method
