Stuffed rabbit with rice and minced meat

Ingredients
1 rabbit
1 cup Rice
500 g minced meat
3-4 potatoes
pepper, paprika, cumin, salt
150-200 g mushrooms
sunflower oil
butter
sewing thread

Method
Fry rice with minced meat. Add black pepper, red pepper, salt, a little cumin and mushrooms. When the filling is ready leave to cool slightly. Start now complete clearance rabbit. Once you fill it, sew it up nice. Grease a pan with a little sunflower oil, place the filled rabbit. Apply it over with sunflower oil, paprika and salt. Cut potatoes in large pieces and arrange them around the rabbit. Pour a little water. Cover the tray with foil. Bake rabbit 150-200 C. After 30-40 minutes, remove fthe oil to seal the rabbit and the top. It is also good to turn it to bake on both sides, as though Spread with sunflower oil, paprika and salt.
