Ingredients
1 kg of flour 1 cup + flour for yeast
3 eggs
200 ml milk + 1 cup milk for yeast
200 g yogurt
4 tbsp sunflower oil
sugar 1 tbsp + 1 tbsp sugar for the yeast
2 tbsp salt
42 g yeast

Method
Yeast dissolved in warm milk, add flour and 1 tbsp sugar. Allow to rise (may in preheated oven 50 C, but the court it must be a cover for not catching crust).
