Invert cake with pineapple

Ingredients
# For the topping:
50 g butter or margarine
50 g raw sugar
7 round pieces of canned pineapple, drained (juice remains)
7 cocktail cherries
# For the cake:
100 g melted butter or margarine
100 g sugar
100 g flour samonadigashto
1 tsp baking powder
vanilla 1
2 eggs

Method
Heat the oven to 180 C. For topping crash the butter and sugar until they become cream. Bottom and sides of a round form oilt. Pineapple pieces are arranged in it and in the middle of each piece is placed in a cherry. Products for cake mix with syrup and broken with a mixer until a homogeneous mixture. The mixture is spread on pieces of pineapple and smoothed evenly. Bake 35 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, and then the cake is inverted dish. Serve warm with ice cream.

Very nice cake.

cake is really nice and very spectacular. But I did caramel with sugar and butter, pour in the form and on it arranged the circles pineapple and cocktail cherries.

I also first caramelized, then ordered ananasavite washers and put the dough. After baking sladkishcheto around. It was a very spectacular and succulent dessert.

In the original recipe cocktail cherries and put in the holes of pineapples. Long waiting line this recipe, I hope soon her turn comes.
