Batter with milk and yogurt

500 g yogurt
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup flour
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 tbsp sunflower oil
Yogurt should be warm. With mixer beat eggs with sugar, add salt and yogurt, mixed with baking soda and pour the oil. Add the flour. Finally sent down gradually the hot milk into the paste and mix with wire. Pancakes fried them in a preheated pan greased with a little piece of butter or salo.

Under warm yogurt - to be understood at room temperature it? Dough intended for thick or thin pancakes is?

test is designed for thin pancakes. Yogurt is to be up to 36 degrees.

In MB Does it warm? Does not cross the egg?

Yogurt Looks like you is at room temperature - as I understand it, because who'll compete with thermometer :)
