Strudel Alba

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
2 apples
pears 2
4-5 tbsp sugar (or honey)
125 g butter
100 g peeled sunflower seeds
100 g of dried cranberries
1 tsp cinnamon
1 vanilla
Baileys liqueur - soaking Blueberry
powdered sugar - for sprinkling or chocolate spread for patterns

Method
Soaked cranberries in Baileys. Apples and pears grated and put in a dry pan. Add the sugar (honey), cinnamon, vanilla, blueberries and sunflowers. Stew is another 2-3 minutes. Wait for the mixture to cool completely. smeared with butter the baking tin. Take two sheets and put a layer of stuffing, redim new two sheets, stuffing and so to run out of products. Finally, scatter pieces of butter. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees until a golden crust. Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar or decorated with chocolate spread.
