Cocoa cracked sweet

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp rum
1 vanilla
140 ml sunflower oil
4 cup flour (500 g)
50 g cocoa
10 g baking powder
powdered sugar for rolling

Sugar and eggs to a fluffy cream. Add vanilla, rum and the oil. Mix and then add flour sifted with baking powder and cocoa. With stirring (no kneading) knead a soft dough. Using a teaspoon break off small pieces of dough and form balls the size of a walnut. Rolled in powdered sugar and arrange a distance of about 2.5 cm from each other in a tray covered with baking paper. Bake in preheated oven at 180C degrees C until the cookies crack. It takes about 8-10 minutes (of course depend on the oven). As cool stored in a closed container. They go about 50 cookies. * Can be stuck walnut pieces before baking; or can be done with a finger recess in the center and after bake, it can be placed sweet fruit (eg cherry); additionally can sprinkle with powdered sugar; * 1 cup = 200 ml
