Donuts with prunes

Ingredients
150 g flour
2 g yeast
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp liquid margarine
zest of 1 lemon
1 egg
125 g fat cottage cheese
400 g plums
sunflower oil for frying
powdered sugar
Method
Involved dough yeast, sugar, margarine, egg, the cottage cheese and lemon peel. Prunes are boned. Short piece of dough to put it a plum and wrapped. Fry in a hot sunflower oil. Donuts taken out with a slotted spoon and leave to drain better than fat. Before presentation to scatter with powdered sugar.
